Cicero as he appears on "Willie Trout"
Cicero is Geppetto's cat that was swallowed by Willie Trout alongside his master. Due to the years imprisoned in Willie Trout's belly, it has grown completely erratic and paranoid. His name is a reference to Figaro, the name of Geppetto's cat in Disney's Pinocchio.
